TLPI Pension Services Ltd (‘TLPI’, ‘we’, ‘our’) is a SSAS pension administrator registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12345678). Our registered office is at London, UK. We are registered with HMRC as a Registered Pension Scheme Administrator.
This privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use our website, download our guides, register as a partner accountant, or refer a client to us.

2. Data We Collect
Website visitors
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. No consent banner is required.
Guide download form
When you download our SSAS guide, we collect: (1) your email address (required), (2) your name (optional). This data is used to send you the download link and, with your explicit consent, educational content about SSAS pensions.
Partner registration
When you register as a partner accountant, we collect: your name, email address, firm name, firm type, professional body membership (ICAEW, ACCA, etc.), and phone number. This data is used to manage your partner account and referral relationship.
Referred client data
When you submit a client referral, we collect the client's name, company name, contact email, contact phone number, and any notes you provide. This data is used solely to contact the referred client about SSAS pension services. We do not share referred client data with any third party except as necessary to establish and administer their pension scheme (e.g., HMRC for registration). Referred client data is retained for 7 years in line with pension scheme record-keeping obligations.

4. How We Use Your Data
- Send guide download confirmation and educational emails about SSAS pensions (guide download leads)
- Manage your partner account, process referral submissions, and pay referral fees (registered partners)
- Process client referrals and provide SSAS pension administration services (referred clients)
- Comply with HMRC and The Pensions Regulator (TPR) regulatory obligations
5. Data Retention
- Guide download leads: retained for 2 years from the date of download, or until you unsubscribe — whichever is sooner.
- Partner account data: retained for the duration of the partner relationship and 6 years thereafter to satisfy statutory record-keeping requirements.
- Referred client data: retained for 7 years from the date of referral in compliance with HMRC pension scheme record-keeping obligations.
6. Third-Party Processors
We use the following sub-processors to deliver our services. Each has been assessed for GDPR compliance and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses are in place for international data transfers.

8. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not set any cookies. If you register for the partner portal, a session cookie is set by Clerk to maintain your login state. No third-party advertising cookies are used on this website.

We may update this policy from time to time. The ‘last updated’ date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered partner accountants.
